Will-Call Policy

All in-stock products sold by Ziggy’s Home Improvement are intended to be picked up immediately after purchase.

• You need to put any purchased product which you will not pick up before leaving the premises on a Will-Call.
• You might experience a delay if you do not notify sales staff of your desire to Will-Call your purchase.

Restrictions

• Only a product that is to be picked up within 7 business days can be put on a Will-Call.
• Some products sold in bulk packaging or with a bulk discount cannot be split between immediate pick up and Will-Call. Examples include (but are not limited to) pellet fuel, energy logs, and composition roofing.
